Mail list policy: Partners/Sponsors  alone will have 3rd party access to a list of member mailing addresses. This list will not include email addresses or telephone numbers, and it will not include information  for individuals who have specifically  requested removal from such lists. Individual mailings must be approved before releasing the mail list , to ensure only appropriate mail pieces are sent
to members, customers, and prospects. Appropriate mail pieces include brochures for educational programs, publications, or other services of interest to our members, related to the contract manage- ment profession or business in general. NCMA reserves the right  to decline mail list usage to mail campaigns  not aligned with  the NCMA mail list policy. Partners should allow up to a week for approval process and plan accordingly.
*All package deliverables must be used within term year of agreement.

NCMA logo, link and content  (supplied  by NCMA) must be included  on the partners’  website and in related course materials (courses that are pre-approved for continuing education)
